1. Redeeming your Gift Voucher Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed through Amaroo Escape within the validity period by phoning 0425 339 398 or 0490 832 102 or by emailing stay@amarooescape.com.au Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed through the website booking engine. Please quote your Gift Voucher number when redeeming. All bookings are subject to availability and Amaroo Escape’s Terms. Full payment of the entire booking amount is required upon booking when using a Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are not transferable nor redeemable for cash. We have a minimum night stay policy of 2 nights. A longer minimum night stay and increased rates may apply over peak periods. 2. Gift Voucher Expiry, Extensions & Cancellations Amaroo Escape Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. We are unable to redeem expired Gift Vouchers under any circumstances. Any unused balance on expiry cannot be credited or refunded. If you cancel a booking made with a Gift Voucher, and the booking is refundable, any amount refunded will be provided in the form of a Gift Voucher with the same expiry date as the original Gift Voucher. 3. Gift Voucher Refunds & Remaining Balances Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Remaining balances will remain on file for the validity of the Gift Voucher and can be put towards future purchases. Gift Vouchers and remaining balances are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash. |
