We could not rate our stay at Amaroo Escape more highly, as not only was the location beautiful, but our wonderful hosts, Danielle & Brad, had thought of everything to make our stay perfect. From the moment we arrived and drove through the gate, we were made to feel very welcome in their home.

If you are looking to disconnect from your normal day to day life, and reconnect with the peace and tranquillity of nature, then Amaroo Escape is the place to be. From the babbling rapids of the Manning River situated only metres from your luxurious tent to the remoteness of the far-flung reaches of the farm, accessible by an easily operated electric ATV.

Spent our 15-year anniversary at Amaroo Escape and it was exactly what we needed.

Brad and Danielle were incredibly welcoming and accommodating — genuinely lovely hosts who made everything easy from the start. The place itself was absolutely spotless, both the accommodation and the property were immaculate.

Best part? No phone reception. Went from slight panic to total relaxation in about five minutes. Just peace and quiet, the sound of the river, exploring the property, and the occasional mooing cow adding to the charm.

If you’re after a proper escape to switch off and recharge, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

Wow , what a great time we had very relaxing and enjoyable. Room was outstanding and very well equipped with some lovely surprises. We drove around the property on the supplied ATV it was a great experience. The views from every room was great and the perfectly spaced apart. Definitely will be back . If you are looking for a tranquil peaceful relaxing disconnected piece of nature to stay at and unwind this is it .
From the moment we were greeted at the gate with a warm welcome smile and saw the beauty of this jaw dropping property we knew we were in for an amazing weekend .
The glamping tents were so beautifully set up with such personal little touches from Danielle and Brad to make us feel so welcomed and so at home .
They were amazing and could call on them if needed .
What a wonderful experience it was exploring the beauty of this property with the buggy’s that were included in our stay .
It was so much fun and made it so much easier to get around the and discover the great waterholes and take in the beautiful scenery of this hidden gem .
i can honestly say it was one of my favourite weekends away with the family and can’t wait to revisit

Brad and Danielle were so welcoming and there to help with whatever you need. They have thought of every little detail to make sure you have a great stay. Our stay at Amaroo Glamping in Gloucester was nothing short of amazing. The luxury glamping tent was beautifully set up and had everything we needed—comfort, style, and incredible attention to detail. Everything truly felt five-star from start to finish.

The buggy included with the stay was a huge bonus, making it easy and fun to get around the property. Being able to explore the river, swimming waterholes, and stunning country views so effortlessly made the experience even more special.

This was the perfect birthday present. Peace and quiet. Listening to the birds and water. View was spectacular. No interpretations from the pesky mobile phone. Everything a couple could need in the perfect glamping tent. UTV's to go and explore the wonderful picnic and swimming areas. Outdoor fire pit to cap off the relaxing day. The bed feels like you are floating on a cloud. Bard & Danelle were the perfect hosts and really know how to make someone feel at home. Can not wait to book our next trip in summer.

The accommodation was so on point, with no detail overlooked. So clean, everything looked brand new. Loved the little treats. Plenty of time to unwind and experience the beauty of 'just being'.

Absolute beautiful location, immaculate lawns making for the perfect river front backdrop. Swimming holes were simply amazing & water temps perfect & very refreshing. Super peaceful & quiet & loved the use of the ATV'S to explore the property. Accommodation was superior luxury with high attention to detail. Every convenience was available at your fingertips. There is absolutely nothing that wasn't thought of and provided for. The attention to detail is unrivalled. The inclusions were way beyond expectations and surpasses most, including five-star establishments. The warm hospitality and welcoming orientation during our visit was exceptional.

Beautiful loved it!, the room we stayed in was lovely it had everything we needed & the sound of the running river was beautiful , the bed was so comfortable best sleep we’d had in ages & just being so close to the river was divine., our favourite part was the UTV and going for a swim, it was raining a little but that didn’t stop us ,it actually added to the experience, the land we got to adventure on was absolutely beautiful we were buzzing with Joy. My trip to AMAROO escape was absolutely amazing.
Jim and Susan were so welcoming and attentive without being intrusive.
The location is incredibly beautiful and the tents were amazing, but it’s the little touches that make it truly unique.
A candle in the bathroom, marshmallows in the drawer and a bottle of bubbles on arrival.

My husband and I had an amazing couple of nights in this fabulous location. No stone has been left unturned with impeccable attention to detail to ensure a stress free and luxurious stay. Jim and Sue go out of their way to supply all that is needed to enjoy their beautiful property. I highly recommend using the UTVs to explore the property and refreshing swimming holes. We intend to return as soon as possible and can’t recommend this enough.

Absolutely amazing accommodation and location. Highlights are being able to see a family of Platypus in their natural habitat every evening. Also having the use of the ATVs to explore the property was fun too. Will definitely return.

Such a special spot hosted by special people. Greeted by Jim on arrival who gave us a speedy yet thorough tour so we could get to enjoying ourselves. We got changed and quickly went and jumped on an ATV to go in search of a swimming hole and a what a hoot! The rapids were great fun and getting there just as much fun, including being chased by a cow. When we returned we noticed Susan's attention to detail leaving nothing to chance, we absolutely had everything we needed. The rain then made us relax for the rest of our stay but it was no bother and the cosy tent, a very comfortable bed, a bit of cooking and just enjoying the wildlife made it an incredible experience. We can't wait to go back.

Wow!!! What a beautiful spot to enjoy a getaway and recharge!!! No “Amaroo” stone has been left unturned!! Everything you could possibly think of has already been thought of!!! Yes we met the cows seen the platapus near our tent and the other water hole! Seen a koala swimming and lots of bird life and wallabies so our vist was complete!

My wife and I stayed at Amoroo Escape from July 26, 2024, for three nights, and it was an amazing experience. The property is incredibly serene, with beautiful riverside views and delightful bird chirping. The luxury glamping experience exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed exploring the property using the electric UTV, which was a lot of fun. Sussan and Jim’s hospitality was outstanding—everything was well-organized and thoughtfully arranged. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I cannot rate my stay at Amaroo Escape highly enough. From the warm and friendly greeting at the front gate from Jim and Susan upon arrival, to the property itself. The cows, the river, the hammocks, the outdoor fireplace and the UTV's. The accommodation is catered for down to the finest details and Jim and Susan have the most wonderful gift of hospitality! It's the best getaway I've had in years.

Absolutely perfect in every single way, the only downfall was that we had to leave😂!
