Adults only. A maximum of two guests per tent. Visitors are not permitted. Children and pets are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Parties, functions and gatherings need prior written permission. A noise curfew runs from 10pm to 8am. A first noise complaint is a warning; a second is eviction without refund.
No motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, firearms or fireworks. Do not wear high heels inside the tents. Do not move furniture. Do not nail, screw or tape anything to walls or surfaces. Leave food out of fridges, rubbish in the bins, and crockery washed.
Drive at 10km/h. Close every gate. Stay on formed tracks. The side-by-side UTV is a privilege: sign the waiver, never drink and drive it, and stop if we ask you to. Fires only in the provided fire pit. This is bushfire country.
Wildlife lives here. So do other guests. Treat both with care. A breach of these terms may end the stay immediately, with no refund, and with charges as set out in our schedule of costs.
